vpGram is an independent client that uses the Telegram API. vpGram is not affiliated with the
official Telegram team.

1. What data we process
   vpGram does not request or use Telegram profile data, contacts, message content, or user content
   for the app's own purposes.
   The app does not access messages, contacts, location, photos, videos, or other user data without
   explicit user action or permission.

2. Technical data
   The app may use device and connection data required for connection and stable operation.
   Some of this data may be temporarily cached locally on the user's device.
   vpGram does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking.

3. Support data
   If a user encounters an error or technical issue, they may choose to copy and send technical or
   diagnostic information to support.
   If a user contacts support through a Telegram bot, support may also have access to the user's
   Telegram ID as part of that interaction.
   This information is used only to investigate the issue, communicate with the user, and resolve the
   support request. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
   Data shared with support is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and
   communicate with the user.

4. Data sharing
   We do not sell user data and do not share it with advertising networks.
   The app may rely on technical and infrastructure providers that process only the technical data
   required for the app to operate reliably.

5. Privacy
   We aim to avoid accessing any data that is not required for the app to function.
   We do not read or store the contents of users' private messages.
